About the Role
As the D365 CRM & Platform Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the wider Power Platform. You'll work closely with users, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the CRM runs efficiently, securely, and evolves alongside business needs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a balance of hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and driving platform improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment
- Manage users, permissions, security roles, and data integrity
- Build and enhance CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows
- Support and extend the Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages
- Troubleshoot system issues and deliver 1st and 2nd line support
Job Requirements
- Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
- Good understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Ability to configure CRM components without code
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting end users
- Understanding of CRM governance, solution management, and environment strategy
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
