About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager with excellent stakeholder management skills. This role does not require a specific technology or solution area expertise; instead, we are looking for someone who can lead projects effectively, manage diverse stakeholders, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring clear milestones, timelines, and outcomes.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across different levels of the organization.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their priorities and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

  • Monitor project progress, risks, and issues; escalate appropriately to ensure timely resolution.

  • Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and updates to senior management.

  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and other collaborative sessions to drive decision-making.

  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements within projects and programs.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a fast-paced or complex environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritisation abilities.

  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and competing priorities.

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar) is desirable.
