About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager with excellent stakeholder management skills. This role does not require a specific technology or solution area expertise; instead, we are looking for someone who can lead projects effectively, manage diverse stakeholders, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring clear milestones, timelines, and outcomes.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their priorities and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Monitor project progress, risks, and issues; escalate appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and updates to senior management.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and other collaborative sessions to drive decision-making.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements within projects and programs.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a fast-paced or complex environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritisation abilities.
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Comfortable working across multiple projects and competing priorities.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar) is desirable.
