The role offers long-term stability, senior-level responsibility, and the chance to shape maintenance planning strategy within a collaborative CAMO environment.

Reporting directly to the CAMO Manager, you'll take ownership of fleet maintenance planning across multiple aircraft types, working closely with engineering, maintenance control and wider operational teams.

The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering effective short, medium and long-term maintenance planning, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency and cost control across the fleet.

The position offers international exposure, with time split between the UK and overseas operations, and is well suited to planners looking to broaden their scope beyond day-to-day scheduling.

  • Develop and manage fleet maintenance plans across narrowbody and widebody aircraft

  • Control aircraft utilisation, due lists, LLPs and component life limits

  • Plan scheduled maintenance events and structural checks

  • Incorporate MPD, MRBR, AD and SB requirements into forecasts

  • Produce maintenance status reports and planning summaries

  • Collaborate with engineering, materials and maintenance teams

  • Support fleet transitions, inductions and phase-out activity

  • Contribute to cost forecasting and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Exposure to commercial aircraft planning (narrowbody and/or widebody)

  • Working knowledge of Part-M / CAMO regulatory environments

  • Experience using recognised Maintenance Information Systems

  • Strong analytical and reporting capability

  • Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

  • Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering

  • Prior international or multi-fleet planning exposure

Why Consider This Role?

  • Senior, influential planning position within CAMO

  • Mixed fleet complexity (NB & WB)

  • International exposure without constant travel

  • Stable, long-term opportunity with a growing operation

  • Collaborative, professional working environment
