Offshore SOV environment
Our client is looking to engage an experienced Warehouse / Operations Coordinator to join their SOV operations on a contract basis.
This role sits at the center of offshore operations, working closely with the SOV Operations Coordinator, Stores Manager and Senior Technicians to ensure the effective management of parts, tools, PPE, waste streams and vessel logistics.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing onboard stores, inventory, tooling, certification & calibration and PPE
Coordinating waste segregation, storage and demobilisation in line with the waste management plan
Preparing and quality-checking service kits and picklists for daily WTG work scopes
Acting as single point of contact for vessel craning and deck operations
Supporting port call planning and execution alongside the SOV Stores Manager
Delivering toolbox talks and pre-work briefs
Acting as an Authorised Operational Controller (start/stop/yaw turbines for SOV approach)
Supporting technicians from the SOV back office when required
Requirements:
GWO: Advanced First Aid, Sea Survival, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness
Slinger/Signaller
IOSH Managing Safely
SAP Materials Management experience
Strong stock control background
Ability to work in Germany (outside 12nm - no visa required)
Ideally experience with SCADA / turbine control systems
