Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) Type: Permanent

The Opportunity

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in the digital delivery of Europe's next generation of data infrastructure?

Our client, a premier specialist in turnkey data centre solutions, is looking for a proactive BIM Coordinator to join their high-performing Digital Construction team. Based on-site in the vibrant city of Lisbon, you will oversee the technical coordination of a hyperscale facility, ensuring seamless integration across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP disciplines.

This is a chance to move beyond basic modelling and take ownership of complex technical challenges within a sector experiencing unprecedented growth.

Your Impact on the Project

As a lead figure within the digital delivery function, your focus will be on precision and multi-disciplinary synergy. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Conflict Resolution: Taking the lead on clash detection and resolution, ensuring that complex spatial issues are solved in the digital environment before they reach the site.

  • Strategic Delivery: Producing high-quality 2D and 3D deliverables, including detailed drawings and schedules, in strict alignment with the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

  • On-Site Liaison: Acting as the technical bridge between design and reality by collaborating closely with Package Managers and Site Engineers to facilitate intricate MEP installations.

  • Mentorship: Fostering a culture of excellence by providing technical guidance and support to junior members of the BIM department.

  • Milestone Management: Driving the project forward by ensuring all coordination deadlines are met with absolute accuracy.

The Technical Profile

We are looking for a specialist who thrives in fast-paced, large-scale environments. To be successful, you should possess:

  • Software Mastery: Extensive professional experience with Revit, specifically with an MEP focus. Proficiency in Navisworks and AutoCAD is highly advantageous.

  • Sector Expertise: A proven track record of delivering on multiple large-scale, high-complexity projects (experience in data centres or industrial infrastructure is preferred).

  • Academic Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.

  • Communication: Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to articulate complex technical requirements to diverse project stakeholders.

Why Join This Team?

Our client is not just a contractor; they are a market leader in the data centre space. By joining their Lisbon operations, you will benefit from:

  • A Solid Pipeline: Long-term career security with a continuous stream of large-scale projects across the region.

  • Professional Growth: A clear pathway for career progression within a supportive and collaborative digital construction team.

  • Competitive Package: A highly attractive salary and benefits package reflective of your expertise and the project's scale.
