Our client, a first-generation construction company specialising in Critical Environments such as Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, High-Value Manufacturing, and Critical Logistics, is seeking experienced and talented Site Managers to join their high-performing project team in Dublin City Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing site operations daily, ensuring work is done safely, on time, and to the highest quality standard.
- Ensuring the client's expectations are met by delivering a quality product while fostering professional relationships with design teams and client representatives.
- Maintaining the highest standards in health and safety, quality and client service, ensuring contracts are completed safely, on schedule, on budget, and snag-free.
- Accurately and promptly reporting progress to your manager.
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors, ensuring their work meets the required standards with minimal rework.
- Planning, coordinating, and executing the work to deliver the project per contract documents.
- Maintaining excellent working relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and the supply chain.
- Resourcing and scheduling work in line with the project construction program.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in refurbishment and fit-out within the construction industry.
- SMSTS certification and proven skills as a Site Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and project execution.
- Proficient in using MS Office and project scheduling software.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Keen eye for finishes and a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-starter with good judgment under pressure and the ability to motivate and drive the workforce.
