Our client, a rapidly growing consultancy in the water sector, is currently seeking a Design Manager to join their team for a contract position working on Severn Trent Water non-infrastructure projects in Tamworth. This opportunity involves managing a team of engineers and contributing to a wide range of projects across AMP8.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing design teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
- Coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure specifications and requirements are met
- Developing and reviewing design plans, drawings, and specifications
- Ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and time constraints
- Providing technical guidance and support to team members
- Maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Preparing technical reports and documentation

Job Requirements:
- Experience in civil engineering design within the water industry
