What You'll Do
Lead and deliver innovation projects, including:
- Exploring customer needs and market behaviours
- Creating new product, service, and technology concepts
- Developing prototypes and technology demonstrators
- Investigating new business models and market opportunities
- Working directly with senior leaders to deliver real-world outcomes
Build strong client relationships, by:
- Working closely with senior executives and key stakeholders
- Maintaining trusted long‑term relationships
- Supporting project success and encouraging repeat business
Develop new opportunities, through:
- Sales meetings, conferences, and lead development
- Writing proposals and pitching for new projects
What You Bring
You'll bring your own expertise-whether in strategy, innovation, design, engineering, or other technical or creative fields-and be comfortable working across diverse markets and project types.
- Broad market experience (not single‑industry)
- Consulting or corporate experience is helpful
- Proactive, collaborative, and confident communicating with senior leaders
- Passionate about meaningful, impactful innovation
