Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Managing and directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks and supporting office operations
  • Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Administering visitor logs and security procedures
  • Providing contract administration support as required

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in a receptionist role or similar customer-facing position
  • Understanding of contract administration within a business setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively
  • Proficiency with basic office software and telephone systems
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Security clearance or the ability to obtain clearance may be required
