Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex software and hardware projects from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including ASIC designers and hardware engineers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide regular updates
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and uncertainties
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and technical briefings
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to drive project success
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of leading technology projects in HW/SW design
- Experience in program management
- R&D background
- Background in satellite, aviation, or networking industry is advantageous
- BSc/MSc in engineering or MBA
- Strong time-management, organisational, problem-solving, and escalation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a high-demand and dynamic environment
- Team player with a proactive approach to project management
