Our client, a highly-regarded company in the technology sector, is currently seeking an experienced IAM Consultant for a contract role. The successful candidate will join the team as an MFA Onboarding Analyst, responsible for leading the design, execution, and governance of the enterprise-level MFA onboarding programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, execution, and governance of the MFA onboarding programme.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and user-friendly MFA adoption.
  • Drive MFA adoption, track compliance, and mitigate risks across critical applications and infrastructure services.
  • Collaborate with IAM engineers to integrate MFA with SSO, Entra, and federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC.
  • Review, advise, and train application teams on MFA policies, conditional access, and control requirements.
  • Prepare and provide audit readiness, evidence preparation, and controls reporting for internal and external audits.
  • Lead communication plans and training for enterprise-wide MFA rollouts.
  • Facilitate executive reporting and steering committee engagements.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Entra.
  • Proficiency in driving MFA adoption and tracking compliance.
  • Experience with risk mitigation across critical applications and infrastructure services.
  • Strong partnership abilities with IAM engineers for integrating MFA with various protocols.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to present decisions, risk assessments, and business impacts at executive levels.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project.

Contract Details:

  • Duration of up to 6 months.
  • Possibility of working up to 2 days per week onsite.
