Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join the 52971395 team, working within the Glasgow_Bournemouth Delivery Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end software features, spanning user experience through to backend services. You will act as a subject matter expert, contributing to technical direction, team leadership, and key decision-making across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and engineer end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
Build scalable, efficient, and high-quality software solutions aligned with client requirements
Act as a technical subject matter expert, guiding and supporting team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
Take ownership of team-level technical decisions and contribute to broader architectural discussions
Engage with multiple teams to resolve complex technical challenges
Participate in and lead code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality and knowledge sharing
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure performance, reliability, and user experience
Continuously evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve development efficiency
