Our client, a leading entity in the aerospace sector, is currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. Based out of the West Midlands, with travel as required to Kidlington, Oxford, this pivotal, hands-on role involves providing dedicated, high-level HR support during a period of maternity leave. You will support HR Business Partners by harmonising practices and facilitating the successful integration of two regional HR functions into a cohesive, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering comprehensive, professional HR support across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Ensuring all HR processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with company policy and UK employment legislation
  • Supporting or managing a range of employee relations cases (e.g., disciplinaries, grievances, absence)
  • Providing high-level HR support across dual locations
  • Building credibility and trust at all organisational levels through strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Using data to maintain records and report on HR metrics (e.g., Workday)
  • Supporting the integration of regional HR functions to form a high-performing team

Job Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Demonstrable experience in supporting or managing a range of employee relations cases
  • Proficiency in using data to report on HR metrics
  • Willingness to work in multiple locations

Desirable:

  • Experience in a generalist HR role within a fast-paced, global, mixed matrix organisation
