Key Responsibilities:
- Selling multiple product lines to customers
- Entering and managing sales orders
- Creating and sending quotes to customers
- Communicating important feedback from customers to internal teams
- Aiding the company in meeting sales targets and reporting any deviations
- Staying up-to-date with new products and features
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Managing purchasing tasks and creating orders for suppliers when needed
Job Requirements:
- Proven work experience in a sales support or sales administration role, with demonstrable selling abilities
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective project and time management skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace or a related discipline, or equivalent sales experience
- Certification in sales or marketing is advantageous
- Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred
