Our client is currently seeking an experienced NEC PM / Supervisor to join their team on a contract basis in NE Lincolnshire. This role involves working on a significant urban regeneration project.
- Effectively managing and supervising NEC contracts in accordance with industry standards
- Ensuring project milestones are met within the agreed timelines and budgets
- Conducting on-site inspections and overseeing construction activities
- Coordinating with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure project compliance
- Preparing and delivering detailed progress reports
- Facilitating effective communication between project teams and external parties
- Implementing quality control procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications
- Providing NEC expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Job Requirements:
- Experience in managing and supervising NEC contracts in the highways sector
- Strong understanding of highway construction and maintenance practices
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for highway projects
- CSCS card holder
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work on-site (3 days a week) and remotely (2 days a week) if required
- Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or related disciplines
Contract Details:
- Role commences from 12th April
- Contract duration: 9 months
- £40 - £45 an hour, Outside IR35
