Drive On-Site Precision: Oversee drawing revisions and QA/QC procedures, ensuring that what is built on-site perfectly aligns with our high-quality standards.
Problem Solve in Real-Time: Use your technical intuition to troubleshoot challenges, implementing corrective actions that keep multi-million-pound projects on track.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work hand-in-hand with Quantity Surveyors on procurement and variations, while supporting Project Managers in high-level reporting.
Deliver the Handover: Lead the compilation of commissioning documentation and O&M manuals, ensuring a world-class finish for our clients.
What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. You should possess:
Foundational Knowledge: A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering-or a strong technical background in a relevant trade.
Technical Literacy: A firm grasp of MS Project and the Office Suite, alongside an understanding of the tendering and installation life cycle.
The "Consultant" Mindset: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence subcontractors and advise management.
Adaptability: A genuine hunger to learn and the flexibility to navigate the unique challenges of different project sectors.
Why Join Us?

Competitive Rewards: An attractive salary package that reflects your expertise.
Holistic Wellbeing: Access to comprehensive Health and Wellness programmes and an Employee Assistance Scheme.
An Inclusive Environment: We are a dynamic, innovative organisation that celebrates diversity. We believe that different perspectives lead to better engineering.
