Our client, involved in a major airfield infrastructure project at Stansted Airport, is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to join their project team on a long-term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing on-site technical oversight and supervision of airfield civil engineering works
- Ensuring project delivery in line with programme, specifications, and airside safety requirements
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a live airside environment
- Overseeing aircraft apron rehabilitation and new apron installation
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations
Job Requirements:
- Experience working as a Resident Engineer on airfield civil engineering projects at a UK airport
- Strong background in aircraft apron rehabilitation and/or new apron installation
- Expertise in civil engineering, particularly in airfield pavements
- Proven ability to work within live airside environments
IR35 Status:
- This role is Inside IR35
- Engagement will be via an approved PAYE or umbrella solution
