Manufacturing / Production Operatives
Location: Hedge End
Hours: 37.5 per week - Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm
Pay: £12.90 per hour, rising to £13.21 after 12 weeks
Contract: 6‑month initial term, with strong potential for extension depending on order volumes

What you'll be doing
Assembling and testing a range of products and sub‑assemblies
Working with precision and care to meet quality standards
Supporting smooth production flow across the department
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting
A background in electronics is highly desirable
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
A reliable, proactive approach to work
