- Architect of Standards: Design and deploy comprehensive Quality and Inspection plans tailored to elite client specifications.
- Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, bridging the gap between their vision and our site execution.
- Quality Champion: Mentor project teams on rigorous contract requirements, fostering a culture where excellence is the baseline.
- Problem Solver: Take the lead in resolving complex site issues, working across management and field teams to maintain momentum.
- Oversight & Audit: Collaborate with specialist auditing teams to monitor compliance and drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring to the Team

- Industry Expertise: You have a proven track record in high-stakes environments like Data Centres, Power, or Industrial projects.
- Technical Versatility: While we have an 80/20 electrical-to-mechanical bias on this site, a background in electrical engineering is a major plus.
- Qualified Professional: You hold a relevant degree or have equivalent heavyweight experience in the field.
- Digital Savvy: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office and modern project management tools.
- Master Communicator: You can translate complex data into clear, punchy progress reports for senior stakeholders.
