Our client is seeking an experienced Programme Planner to join their team on a contract basis. This role will involve working remotely and is suitable for both full-time and part-time candidates. The successful candidate will play a critical role in updating the workload planner for the Engineering Service and providing training to others in the use of Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating and managing the workload planner for the highway projects
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6
  • Providing training and support to team members on the effective use of Primavera P6
  • Ensuring all project schedules are accurate and up to date
  • Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to assess project status and deliverables
  • Identifying potential scheduling conflicts and ensuring that they are resolved in a timely manner
  • Producing detailed reports and analyses of project schedules and progress

Job Requirements:

  • Advanced expertise in Primavera P6
  • Strong understanding of highway engineering principles
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Effective communication and training skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

Job Details:

  • Contract duration: At least one year
  • Working hours: 37 hours per week, with part-time options at 22.2 hours per week
  • Planned start date: 1st April 2026
  • Remote working
  • The ability to travel to Hampshire if neccessary
