The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Revit MEP Co-ordinator to support the coordination and delivery of building services designs across a range of residential, healthcare, and education projects.
The role will focus on ensuring MEP services are fully coordinated within architectural and structural models, working collaboratively with design consultants, contractors, and project teams to deliver coordinated, construction-ready information.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate MEP services models using Revit across multiple projects
- Manage spatial coordination of HVAC, electrical, public health, and fire systems
- Lead and resolve clash detection and coordination issues
- Produce coordinated drawings, sections, and model outputs for construction and installation
- Review and coordinate consultant and contractor design information
- Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, BEPs, and information requirements
- Support model updates through design development and construction feedback
- Participate in design and coordination meetings as required.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Revit MEP Co-ordinator
- Strong proficiency in Revit MEP
- Good understanding of building services coordination and construction processes
- Experience coordinating live project models
