Our client, a prominent dedicated data centre delivery partner in the energy sector, is seeking a CSA Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Dublin 15. This permanent role involves leading the civil, structural, and architectural packages of a new data centre project, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
- Lead and oversee CSA work packages including structural, steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Analyse, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slippage
- Review and evaluate construction proposals, pricing, and scopes of work
- Lead and facilitate client meetings and other required project meetings
- Monitor and report on factors influencing construction costs, preparing detailed cost reports
- Support engineering decisions relating to project cost and budget during design-build changes
- Track and ensure timely delivery and installation of CSA materials and equipment
- Coordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews throughout the project lifecycle
- Review and approve invoices, payment applications, and retention payments
- Oversee project close-out, ensuring smooth transfer to the client with all required documentation and warranties
Job Requirements:
- Experience in project management methodologies, with a focus on construction management
- Experience managing structural, steel, concrete, cladding, and roofing packages on major projects
- Data Centre project experience is highly advantageous
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management software is beneficial
- Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
