Our client, a leading name in the data centre industry, is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team for a major data centre project in Dublin 15. Specialising in full turnkey solutions from design through to construction and commissioning, our client has established itself as a trusted partner in the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure work packages from drawings and apply rates to develop package pricing
- Manage the project budget as directed by the Project Director
- Handle relevant client communications
- Compile monthly reports in accordance with procedures
- Attend monthly commercial and subcontractor meetings
- Effectively resolve client and subcontractor disputes
- Ensure timely submission of claims and notices in accordance with contract provisions
- Document cost changes to work scopes and prepare monthly valuations and final accounts
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in cost management, bill of quantities, quantity surveying, and bill of materials
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Experience with data centre projects is advantageous
