What You'll Do
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a defined business area.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and shape resourcing plans.
- Source talent proactively through direct channels, networks and talent pools.
- Screen applicants, coordinate selection activities and ensure timely feedback.
- Coach hiring managers to make confident, fair decisions.
- Use market insight to improve attraction strategies.
- Maintain accurate data and support the use of recruitment systems.
- Promote internal mobility through talent and succession discussions.
What You'll Bring

- Strong direct sourcing skills (e.g., LinkedIn, CV databases).
- Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
