👷 Labourer

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and hard‑working Labourer to support our civils and drainage teams across a range of essential infrastructure projects. This role involves assisting skilled operatives, and contributing to the safe and efficient delivery of site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, unloading and organising materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support operatives with digging trenches, drainage tasks, and general groundwork.
• Follow instructions from supervisors, reporting any issues or hazards promptly.
• Support teams working on drainage systems, including assisting with repair or installation tasks where trained.

What You'll Bring

• Strong work ethic
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Desirable:
  • CSCS card
  • Streetworks (NRSWA)
  • Driving licence
  • Experience in drainage/civils or groundworks environments
