Our client is looking for two Quantity Surveyors to join their team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting major highways maintenance projects under NEC4 TSC
- Managing commercial reporting, change control, and subcontract management
- Maintaining strong commercial discipline and efficiency
- Ensuring minimal supervision required while delivering quality results
- Attending mandatory site visits and office attendance as required
- Handling stakeholders and maintaining clear communication
- Balancing remote working with necessary site and office presence
- Providing robust support to the commercial team
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in highways or highways maintenance projects
- Strong working knowledge of NEC4 TSC
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Full-time availability, 5 days per week
- Excellent commercial reporting and subcontract management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
