Our client is currently looking for Logistic Operatives for a minimum of 6 months although the expectation is that this will last a lot longer dependant upon volumes
The positions will involve a range of basic stores duties within a busy factory environment. picking, cutting, loading, servicing packing machines with a forklift truck
Ideal candidates will have the following characteristics:
* Clear Handwriting
* Accuracy in number transfer
* High standard of housekeeping
* Good hand/eye co-ordination
* Safety Conscious
* Methodical but fast approach - not cutting corners
* Good observation skills
* Quality driven
* Attention to detail
* Flexibility/Versatility
* Hand held scanners experience
Candidates will also need to be PC literate and happy to work on a rotating 3-shift pattern.
Suitable candidates must possess a Counter Balance Forklift license that they have used within a professional capacity.
Hours:
6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm and 10pm - 6am (Monday to Friday)
Pay:
£15.72 per hour (inclusive of shift premium)
