Our client, a prominent organisation in the technology sector, is seeking a dedicated QA Tester to join their team on a contract basis. This critical role focuses on validating complex clinical and financial use cases that may be overlooked by automation scripts during initial migration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scenario Design: Create comprehensive test cases for specific use cases, such as end-to-end data flow from Epic to Azure Analytics.
- Functional & Edge Testing: Perform negative testing and edge case analysis to ensure the platform remains robust under non-standard conditions.
- UAT Support: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to facilitate User Acceptance Testing, ensuring the technical build aligns with business requirements.
- Defect Lifecycle: Manage the logging, triaging, and re-testing of defects in Jira, providing clear steps to reproduce for the Platform/DevOps teams.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in IT testing within the technology sector
- Ability to design and execute comprehensive test scenarios
- Proficiency in performing negative testing and edge case analysis
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders
