Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and enterprise service management platforms such as ServiceNow. This role requires a senior individual who can confidently manage complex technology change, drive delivery across multiple workstreams, and operate effectively within a large stakeholder environment.
The successful candidate will lead the project management of ITSM-related initiatives, ensuring structured delivery, clear communication, and alignment across a wide and varied group of business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for ITSM / ServiceNow platform enhancements and implementations.
- Manage a diverse group of senior stakeholders across technology, operations, and business functions.
- Drive project planning, RAID management, governance, reporting, and delivery cadence.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal SMEs to ensure successful execution.
- Oversee requirements definition, design reviews, testing cycles, and go-live readiness.
- Ensure risks, issues, and dependencies are proactively managed and communicated.
- Maintain strong alignment with service management, digital operations, and support teams.
