We're supporting a leading aerospace manufacturer in their search for an experienced Production Scheduler to join their team in Fareham.
- Role: Production Scheduler
- Duration: 9 months
- Pay: £22 - 27.50 p/hr (Inside IR35)
- Location: Titchfield, Fareham (Fully onsite)
This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of high‑priority components through a complex manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking the progress of critical parts through the manufacturing process
- Identifying bottlenecks and coordinating actions to remove delays
- Working closely with Operations, Planning, Supply Chain and Engineering
- Hand‑carrying units where required to expedite priority work
- Communicating timelines, risks and priorities across multiple departments
- Supporting recovery plans for customer escalations

Key Skills & Experience:
- Background in Aerospace, Defence Aviation, MRO or complex manufacturing environments
- Experience as an Expeditor, Production Scheduler, Production Planner, or similar
- Confident working on the shop floor and engaging with multiple teams
- Comfortable with fast turnaround expectations and shifting priorities
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple critical workstreams
