Electrical Project Manager / Site Manager (Data Centre)
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum (Experience dependent)
Rotation: 10 days on, 4 days off
Start Date: May 2026
The Opportunity
Our client is a leading specialist contractor who has recently secured significant MV/LV electrical packages for a major data centre development in Frankfurt. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the delivery of these critical works, specifically focusing on large-scale containment and cable pulling operations.
This is a permanent role offering long-term career stability with a company known for its excellence in high-tech industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
Package Management: Oversee the successful installation of MV/LV electrical infrastructure, ensuring all containment and cable pulling meet rigorous technical specifications.
Operational Leadership: Manage site-based teams and subcontractors to ensure daily targets are met safely and efficiently.
Quality & Compliance: Maintain a high standard of work in line with data centre "Gold Standard" requirements.
Health & Safety: Uphold a culture of safety on-site, ensuring all RAMS are followed and environmental standards are maintained.
Reporting: Provide regular progress updates to the Project Director and liaise with the main contractor regarding programme milestones.
Candidate Requirements
Passports: Due to current project requirements, UK Passport holders are eligible and encouraged to apply.
Experience: Proven track record working on large-scale electrical packages, preferably within the Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, or Industrial sectors.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of MV/LV systems, heavy containment, and complex cable pulling schedules.
Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse workforce in a fast-paced international environment.
Availability: Must be able to commit to a May 2026 start and the 10/4 rotation schedule.
Remuneration & Benefits
Base Salary: £65,000 - £75,000.
Rotation: 10 days on site, followed by 4 days off (flights and accommodation provided).
Contract: Full-time, permanent position.
