Our client, operating within the data centre construction sector, is currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join their team in Frankfurt, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Delivery: Take full ownership of the electrical programme, ensuring MV/LV containment and cabling works are delivered on time and within the agreed budget.

  • Financial Management: Oversee project costs, including procurement, variations, and monthly valuations, ensuring maximum commercial efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the client, consultant, and main contractor regarding electrical progress and technical queries.

  • Resource Planning: Manage and allocate internal labour and subcontractors to meet project milestones and technical requirements.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early-including long-lead equipment delays or site constraints-and implement robust mitigation strategies.

  • Quality & Safety: Ensure the project adheres to the highest standards of Health & Safety and Quality Assurance, supporting the Site and QAQC teams as required.

Job Requirements:


  • Experience: Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer on large-scale industrial projects (Data Centres, Power Generation, or Large Infrastructure).

  • Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of MV/LV electrical systems, project scheduling software, and large-scale cable management.

  • Qualifications: A degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant professional qualification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent industry experience).

  • Communication: Fluency in English is essential; the ability to communicate in German is highly desirable for local stakeholder engagement.

  • Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work within the EU.
