About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and safety‑driven Groundworker to deliver essential civils and drainage works. You'll oversee day‑to‑day site activities including excavations, manhole repairs, installations, and general drainage network maintenance.

In this hands‑on role, you'll ensure the team works safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, while supporting project delivery across multiple active sites.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in groundworks, utilities, or civils environments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to make safe, informed decisions on‑site.
• Physically capable of undertaking manual tasks.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
• Desirable: NRSWA (Streetworks), Cat & Genny, or similar utility‑sector training.
