Our client, a leader in the marine industry, is seeking experienced Marine Pipefitters to join a specialist team working on the build of a 36m DNV class aluminium survey vessel. Due to the technical requirements of the project, previous marine or shipbuilding experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of a range of pipework systems, including:
- Mapress CuNi - DN20 to DN50
- Mapress Stainless Steel - DN20 to DN65
- Geberit FlowFit - DN20 to DN50
- George Fischer ABS - DN25 to DN50
- Installation and securing of mechanical ventilation spiral ducting up to DN100
- Ensuring all work meets DNV, safety, and marine engineering standards
- Working effectively as part of a small, focused installation team
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in marine pipefitting or shipbuilding environments
- Competency in installing Mapress CuNi, Mapress Stainless Steel, Geberit FlowFit, and George Fischer ABS systems
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Reliable, professional, and ready to start immediately

- Contract expected to run ffor approximately 6 weeks
- Approx. 50 hours available per week
- Competitive hourly rate £27-£31, dependent on experience
