About the Role
We are recruiting experienced Laminators to support major defence and marine projects with BAE Systems in Falmouth. This is a great short‑term contract opportunity for skilled composite professionals to work on high‑profile programmes within a world‑class engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out laminating work on composite materials to required specifications
- Working with glass fibre, carbon fibre, resin systems, and associated materials
- Preparing moulds, trimming, finishing, and conducting quality checks
- Following technical drawings, lay‑up guides, and production documentation
- Ensuring all work meets strict safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Working collaboratively to support project delivery timelines
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Laminator in marine, aerospace, automotive, or related sectors
- Strong knowledge of composite lay‑up techniques and processes
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- High attention to detail and focus on producing quality work
- Good understanding of HSE requirements and safety procedures
