Our client, a prominent player in the technology and telecommunications sector, is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join their dynamic team. This permanent position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the deployment, management, and automation of infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation
- Maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and repeatable application and platform deployments
- Monitor and optimise cloud consumption, supporting cost visibility and efficiency initiatives
- Support patching, vulnerability remediation, and security incident response activities to maintain secure environments
- Assist with the operational management of data platforms, including storage, protection, replication, and automation of data workflows
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support for Windows and Linux systems, managing updates, performance tuning, and configuration consistency
Job Requirements:
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments (Azure and VMware)
- Strong understanding of automation, scripting, and configuration management tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Solid grounding in networking, identity, backup, and security principles
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across infrastructure layers
