We're looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join our Formula 1 team and help deliver high‑performance, reliable electronic systems that directly impact both car performance and factory operations. What You'll Do
- Lead electronics projects from concept to validation for on‑car and off‑car systems.
- Manage and prioritise workloads to meet demanding project timelines.
- Support system development, instrumentation, testing, and collaboration across engineering teams.
- Develop embedded software using agile practices, focusing on efficiency and reusable code.
- Mentor team members and contribute to building capability within the electronics group.
- Evaluate new technologies to enhance performance, reliability, and data accuracy.
- Work proactively within established processes and reporting structures.
What You'll Bring
- Strong knowledge of electronics and their practical applications.
- Experience with instrumentation, sensors, and data logging systems.
- Good understanding of automotive or motorsport communication systems.
- Motorsport experience is essential - either direct team experience or as a supplier.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Strong decision‑making skills and a results‑focused mindset.
- Collaborative, enthusiastic approach and the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Willingness to travel when required.
