Job Purpose
We are looking for a sharp, communicative professional to bridge the gap between complex network engineering and structured business documentation. You will engage with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across our telecom operator network to extract, analyze, and document critical technical processes, policies, and strategic options.
Key Responsibilities
SME Engagement: Confidently lead consultations with technical SMEs, establishing credibility by speaking "their language" while maintaining the curiosity to bridge any knowledge gaps.
Technical Synthesis: Translate complex network jargon and engineering concepts into coherent, high-quality documentation.
Documentation Design: Create a suite of materials ranging from abstract Policy documents to practical Process Approaches.
Strategic Analysis: Identify patterns in technical data to propose structured options, including "Background," "Root Cause," and "Pros/Cons" analysis to support decision-making.
Collaborative Iteration: Work with peers to establish a "theoretical starting position" for projects, refining and evolving the approach as more technical data is gathered.
Skills & Experience
The Must-Haves:
Telecoms Foundation: Solid experience or grounding in Telecom Operator Networks. You need to understand the ecosystem to hold context-rich conversations.
The "Bridge" Ability: Proven experience in taking highly technical input and turning it into structured, clear, and logical documentation for different audiences.
Consultative Mindset: You are comfortable asking the "stupid" questions to ensure complete understanding and can quickly research technical gaps to maintain SME confidence.
Framework Mastery: Ability to document root cause issues and present options/recommendations in a professional business format.
The Nice-to-Haves:
Exposure to Cyber-security, Regulatory, or Compliance frameworks within a telco environment.
Experience in high-level policy writing versus granular process mapping.
What we don't need:
Experience in BSS (Business Support Systems), Digital, or Product Marketing is not relevant to this specific role.
