Role: Production Team Leader - Weekend Shift


Location: Leamington Spa

Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 per annum (inclusive of weekend shift premium)


About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Team Leader to support weekend shift operations within a busy manufacturing environment. This role is key to ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production output while leading a team to deliver consistently strong performance.

As the Production Team Leader, you will act as the main point of contact for all shift‑related activities, ensuring smooth workflow, compliance with standards, and a positive team culture. You will work closely with colleagues across the operation to drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent levels of performance across safety, quality, and delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee production activities to meet schedule, quality, and efficiency targets.
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Manage and support team performance, including training, attendance, and development.
  • Oversee accurate completion of timesheets, route cards, and production booking transactions.
  • Maintain and present SDQCPE boards, clearly identifying key performance trends and issues.
  • Communicate maintenance requirements and operational challenges in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other Team Leaders to support cross‑functional flexibility and overtime planning.
