General Foreman

We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy site environment and enjoys being at the heart of project delivery. You'll be joining a team focused on strengthening and upgrading water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

As a General Foreman, you'll play a key leadership role on site, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading or assisting with daily activity briefings so everyone onsite understands the plan and key risks.
• Managing essential site documentation including permits, RAMS, temporary works records, quality paperwork, and timesheets.
• Helping uphold excellent Health & Safety standards, ensuring compliance across day-to-day operations.
• Working closely with site management, supporting both direct teams and subcontractors to maintain progress.
• Preparing information and updates for site progress meetings.
• Supporting the coordination of materials, plant and resources to keep the programme on track
