Groundworker / Slinger
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Groundworker / Slinger to join our team on a long-term project expected to last around 12 months. This dual‑skilled role involves general groundworks duties as well as slinging and signalling for lifting operations on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Valid Slinger/Signaller ticket (CPCS or NPORS)
- Carrying out all aspects of groundworks, including drainage, kerbing, concreting, and excavation support.
- Slinging and signalling loads safely in accordance with lifting plans
- Working closely with machine operators, pipe layers, and site management
- Ensuring safe working practices and maintaining a tidy site
