Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing complex, large-scale planning applications within the highways sector
- Providing expert advice on development management and planning matters
- Ensuring compliance with relevant planning legislation and policies
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes
- Conducting site visits and assessments as necessary
- Preparing and presenting detailed reports and recommendations
- Managing and mentoring junior planning officers
