Our client, a leading company in the marine sector, is currently seeking a skilled Laminator to join their team in Poole. This is a contract role with an anticipated start date in April.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing the lamination process to produce high-quality marine components
- Utilising hand lay-up techniques and adhering to industry standards
- Operating and maintaining lamination equipment and tools
- Ensuring all work meets the specified quality and safety standards
- Collaborating with team members to optimise production efficiency
- Reporting any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area
Job Requirements:
- Experience in marine lamination or a similar field
- Strong understanding of wet-lay laminating techniques and processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Commitment to health and safety protocols
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work on a contract basis starting in April
