We are looking for an experienced Cable Package Manager to take ownership of a full offshore wind cable package; spanning procurement, design, manufacturing, installation and handover to commissioning.
This is a critical role within a major offshore wind programme, ideal for someone with deep experience in inter‑array and/or export cable installation and strong package‑management capability.

🔧 What you will be doing

• Managing the full lifecycle of the cable package: design, manufacture, installation, commissioning
• Overseeing contractor performance, documentation, and compliance
• Reviewing technical deliverables and ensuring alignment with standards and best practice
• Coordinating interfaces across project teams, offshore operations, MWS and third parties
• Leading risk management, HAZIDs, H&S reviews and installation readiness checks
• Ensuring safe, on time and on budget delivery of all package elements

✅ What the client is looking for

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years' experience in offshore wind cable installation (inter‑array or export)
• Strong understanding of installation techniques, vessels, equipment, load‑outs, seafastening, mock‑ups
• Experience coordinating offshore client reps, MWS and operational teams
• Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills
• Able to work on site 2+ days/week
