We are recruiting multiple CNC Setter/Operators with proven Mazak experience for a rapidly expanding high‑precision manufacturing business on the South Coast. The company is investing heavily in new equipment and has a fast‑growing order book, creating long-term, stable contract opportunities.

Pay Rates

Day Shift:

• £34.50/h Umbrella
• £25.76/h PAYE + £3.11/h holiday pay
• Friday early finish (07:00-13:00)

Late Shift:

• £37.95/h Umbrella
• £28.34/h PAYE + £3.42/h holiday pay

Night Shift:

• £41.40/h Umbrella
• £30.91/h PAYE + £3.73/h holiday pay

Requirements

• Strong experience as a CNC Setter/Operator
• Mazak experience is essential
• Ability to work to high‑precision tolerances
• Reliable, quality‑focused, and confident working in a fast‑paced environment
