Role - Supply Chain Administrator
Salary - £27-30k DOE + bonus + benefits
Type - Permanent, Full-time 40hours a week

Overview
I am currently recruiting a highly organised and detail‑focused Supply Chain Administrator on behalf of my client, a leading national infrastructure and engineering business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and data-management experience within supply chain, procurement or commercial environments.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of supplier management processes, including on-boarding, compliance, data accuracy and framework administration. This role sits within a supportive supply chain team and offers real scope to influence key data used in business decisions, reporting and supplier performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier on-boarding, approvals and renewals
- Maintain accurate supplier records, documentation and data
- Update and verify supplier information within the SCD/ERP systems
- Support supplier agreements, SLAs and price list administration
- Act as a central contact for supply chain enquiries
- Assist with category analysis, supplier engagement and market awareness
About You
Essential:
- Experience in supply chain, procurement or high‑volume administration
- Strong accuracy, organisation and data‑management skills
- Confident communicator with good stakeholder skills
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook and document control
- Able to prioritise and work in a busy environment
Desirable:
- Experience with supplier frameworks, SLAs or KPIs
- ERP/procurement system experience
- Compliance/document control background
- Knowledge of ESG/Modern Slavery considerations
