Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough building inspections in accordance with Class 2F requirements
- Ensuring compliance with building standards and regulations
- Providing detailed reports and documentation of inspections
- Offering expert advice on building control and compliance matters
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to address and resolve compliance issues
- Keeping updated with changes in building regulations and standards
Job Requirements:
- Certification as a Registered Building Inspector - Class 2F
- Strong understanding of building control regulations and standards
- Experience in conducting detailed building inspections
- Ability to produce comprehensive inspection reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
