Hours: 10 hrs/day, Monday-Friday
Rate: Negotiable - Outside IR35

A major Offshore Wind developer is looking for an Offshore Wind Construction QA/QC Lead to oversee quality performance across multiple offshore installation packages, foundations, OSS & jackets, turbines, towers and more.

What you will be doing
- Leading all QA/QC oversight across offshore construction through commissioning & asset handover
- Acting as the Client Representative on offshore structures
- Ensuring contractors comply with project requirements, standards & contractual obligations
- Managing As‑Found / As‑Left custody transfers between contractors
- Conducting targeted surveillance at fabrication yards (foundations, OSS, jackets, turbines, towers)
- Reviewing ITPs, Quality Plans, installation & repair procedures
- Supporting offshore teams with technical deviations, site queries & change requests
- Raising and tracking NCRs & reporting quality risks
- Preparing weekly offshore quality reports
What the client is looking for
Certifications:
- CSWIP 3.1, BGAS, FROSIO, NACE (or equivalent)
- GWO certificates
- Additional quals such as NDT, H&S, ISO QMS Auditor welcomed
- Strong professional English (written & spoken)
Experience:
- Strong background with DNV / NORSOK & offshore wind construction standards
- Proven QA/QC leadership in offshore construction
- Ability to work autonomously & collaboratively across multi‑discipline teams
- Understanding of full offshore wind construction lifecycle
- Capability to act as offshore Client Rep on OSS, jackets, foundations, turbines & towers
