Business Analyst - Healthcare
We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support strategic change initiatives within a healthcare environment. This role focuses on upfront analysis, requirements definition, and stakeholder engagement to enable cost‑effective delivery within time and budget constraints.
You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and maintaining high standards across BA deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business needs and detailed requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful outcomes.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating requirements into deliverable solutions.
- Produce high‑quality BA artefacts and contribute to product backlogs.
- Apply BA best practices and support lean, consistent ways of working across projects.
Requirements
- Proven Business Analyst experience delivering change initiatives in complex environments.
- Formal BA qualification (e.g. ISEB Diploma, IIBA CBAP, or equivalent).
- Strong experience with elicitation techniques, process modelling, user stories, and requirements management.
- Comfortable working in agile and waterfall delivery settings.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Healthcare experience desirable but not essential.

Contract: Initial 3 months
Rate: £450 per day
Location: Remote, with occasional travel if required
