Our client, is seeking a Highway Programme Engagement Administration Officer to join their team on a contract basis in Winchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support for all transport and road schemes
  • Managing engagement activities and communications related to highway projects
  • Organising and attending project meetings, including out-of-hours and occasional weekend engagements
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation for transport improvement schemes
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure successful delivery of highway programmes
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and the public to facilitate effective project communication
  • Supporting site visits and engagement events as required

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative roles, with a strong focus on highways or transport projects
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools for documentation and communication
  • Ability to work proactively and adapt to changing project needs
  • Driving licence (Category B) required
  • Standard DBS check required
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
