Our client, is seeking a Highway Programme Engagement Administration Officer to join their team on a contract basis in Winchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support for all transport and road schemes
- Managing engagement activities and communications related to highway projects
- Organising and attending project meetings, including out-of-hours and occasional weekend engagements
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for transport improvement schemes
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure successful delivery of highway programmes
- Coordinating with stakeholders and the public to facilitate effective project communication
- Supporting site visits and engagement events as required
Job Requirements:
- Experience in administrative roles, with a strong focus on highways or transport projects
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using office software and tools for documentation and communication
- Ability to work proactively and adapt to changing project needs
- Driving licence (Category B) required
- Standard DBS check required
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
